Bitcoin Cash block chain is officially divided: you now have two opponents

The Bitcoin Cash block chain was officially divided. Now there are two competing block chains – Bitcoin Cash ABC and Bitcoin Cash SV

Bitcoin Cash update successfully enabled.

Bitcoin Cash block chain was divided into two following update. There are now two rival chains.

For now, it is not clear which chain will be the dominant chain of the BCH. In the long run, two different chains may continue to exist.

The last common block 556,766 between the Bitcoin Cash miners was issued by SVPool. Bitcoin ABC, the Bitcoin.com mining pool supporting the new block with the chain was officially divided into two.

To sum up, the application introduced by Bitcoin Cash’s leading developer group, Bitcoin ABC, introduces a number of technical updates to enhance the block capacity as well as additional code to support better interoperability between crypto coins.

Other applications, called Bitcoin Satoshi Vision or Bitcoin SV, reject the changes and increase the block block size from 32 MB to 128 MB.

According to the latest data, the Bitcoin.com mining pool shifted its hashrate from Bitcoin to Bitcoin Cash. As a result, the hashrate of Bitcoin Cash ABC was greater than the hashrate of the Bitcoin Cash SV. Initial observations indicate that Bitcoin ABC is winning the war of hash. However, it is too early to say ‘won’.
